Centralized Intake Office's E-Communication

In sending your application to Centralized Intake Office (CIO) for assessment, make sure that the email address you will provide is working and you must check your email regularly.
Effective May 12, 2009, the Centralized Intake Office has implemented e-communications with applicants. If the email they sent you bounced or was returned to CIO as undelivered, that may be the only time time that they will send a hard copy of the letter to the postal address you have indicated.
IF you are using a free email email service such as yahoo, gmail or hotmail, there is a chance that email from CIO may be filtered as spam. To avoid that, it will help if you will add CIO's email address to your contact list.
The email address being used by CIO in sending the assessment result is FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca. And in case you need it, here's CIO Mailing Address.

I submitted my application on 15 June 2009 and my bankers draft was cashed on 28 July 2009. I still haven't received any AOR from the CIO. I believe it might have been been sent via email and it went into my spam and was deleted in error.
Pls how do i contact the CIC to verify?

Hi, we submitted our application last Feb. 1, 2008 and it was receive by the embassy last june 3, 2008. We receive already our file number and it says that we will wait for 48 months. Its been more than a year already. I just want to know what will I do because my qualification belong to the high demand occupations or the canada's list of 38 accupation. I am a CPA.

Check your application status, if your application is processed before feb 27, 2008, you may withdraw and refile your application.
if your application is processed after feb 27, 2008 and was forwarded to CIO, you will received a notice soon.

I sent my application to sydney NS on February 18/2010, they received it on February the 24th,they cashed the money according to my bank on 19/03/2010 but till today no response.I was not aware that they are sending replies by e-mail so I am realy afraid that it might have been deleted by mistake what should I do,should I make a follow-up and how? please advise me.

But i send my application on 23rd february and still i dont got any answered is it looks o.k or i need to do something and please if you have any e mail address for CIO for enquary let me know then i can e mail them or you want me to wait please help me because i am so so worried about it

They send my application 1st wk of May, until now no notice of assesment. Pwede mlaman kung anong date po ng applicants ang pinakahuli nyong narecieve? Thanks & more power po.
I have sent my application for immigration to Canada on 3rd November 2009, which was delivered
at Centralized Intake Office Sydney on 9th November 2009, receivers name is Mr. Robar
sir 9 month have been passed i haven't received any confirmation yet.

I had sent my application on 23rd february along with money order via EMS but until now I did not get any response from CIO .I had tracked the EMS and i am sure the application with my money order was received there by CIO Would you pls give me idea what to do now if you have any e mail address for CIO for enquiry let me know then i can e mail them or you want me to wait please help me because i am so so worried about it

I've sent the package to apply for Federal skill worker on March 24-th .I've checked that you are received the package .Unfortunately from may bank I received a call that the transaction for the payment isn't go though, because of wrong security code .I've see that this code (Security verification code) are not showing on the application form, so please tell me what to do?

I received email from CIO that my application for federal skilled worker is not accepted becuase I am not matching the job discription as they require. So in reply of this email I want to again explain them further more. So I need CIO email address that I can reach them quickly.

CIO has received my app last july 28. but accdg to my credit card company i used, i must have used the virtual card they issued instead of the main card. if not CIO wont be able to charge my credit card. I resent the credit card form again this week.... will this be a problem?

Hi, just a serious concern. M-1,M-2,M-3 applicants were updated regularly. What about those belong to the old application period before feb 2008? Do they deserve updates also? Please give updates as well.
^ please check monthly visa bulletin and you will find updates for pre-Feb 27,2008 applications. If there's no movement, there's nothing to update.
