I just would like to ask if a cashier's check is valid for processing fee instead of manager's check. Metrobank said they do not issue manager's check.

If i am going to refuse my application, did canadian embassy will return to me the Manager's Cheque for my processing fee?

i applied for a live-in caregiver in canada, after mailing my application they sent me a confirmation letter. Just thislast week of September 2010 i received another mail from them together with my original documents. my application was denied for the reason that i was not able to comply with the SPEAK test. According to them they sent me a letter dated May 7, 2010 requesting me to submit to a SPEAK test. Unfortunately i did not received the letter dated May 7, 2010 , so how could i have known that i was called for a SPEAK test? I wrote a letter to the embassy requesting for a reconsideration but until now i have not receive any response.what will i do.

i applied as a live-in caregiver in canada. i sent already all the pertinent papers required for the said application. just last october 12, 2010 i received a letter confirming my application and the duration of its processing. i did not receive any letter yet whether it is approved or not until this time. i have not received either any letter for speak test.
