To prevent the further spread of COVID-19, and reduce the potential risk of exposure to clients, employees and business partners, we are conducting a health simple screening questionnaire prior to your scheduled appointment. Your participation is important to ensure the safety and well being of everyone. After booking your appointment, you need to fill out this Health Screening Questionnaire.
Our building receptionist/guards are provided the list of our expected clients and only those listed will be allowed entry. You will not be listed if you will not fill out the Health Screening Questionnaire. Please bring a photocopy of any valid ID (front and back), the guard/receptionist of the building will be asking for it.
If you want to inquire about visa application to Canada, please take the online assessment. It's free and visiting the office is not necessary. You may also book a call appointment if you want to talk with one of our Case Managers.
