We have both the Experience and Authority to help you with your Canadian Visa Application.

If you are planning to file an application for any type of Canadian Visa, whether to visit temporarily, do business or immigrate, hiring a Consultant or Representative is not required. When to hire a representative or consultant? The answer is quite simple. If you don't know how to do it, you need help.

But who may represent you?

Anybody can help you with your application. Some will do it for free and others would charge you exuberant fees. Some others would promise you 100% approval and other add-ons. But you need to consider a couple of things: Regulation and Experience.
With a very volatile and fast changing Canadian Immigration Regulations, you need to be updated with what's going on. And only experienced and authrorized representatives can help you keep up with these changes.

There is a reason why Canadian government and other countries with immigration programs regulate immigration consultants. Canada is serious in combating immigration fraud.

Canadian Immigration Consultancy has been in business for more than 20 years now. We have already sent thousands of clients to Canada and majority of our new clients are coming from referrals. Here's some of our clients who are now in Canada.

Who may represent you?

Only Authorized immigration consultants, lawyers, Qu├ębec notaries, and paralegals regulated by a law society may offer immigration advice to applicants for a fee. If you are planning to hire a representative, make sure you are dealing with a member of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) or a Canadian Immigration Lawyer. Otherwise, you may be getting a wrong information or worst, be a victim of fraud.

Immigration is not a simple process. Small mistakes cause BIG problems. Why take risk?

Clients of Canadian Immigration Consultancy is represented by Christina Camarce (R507796), ICCRC Registered Consultant.

It pays to plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark.

This message is for clients of Canadian Immigration Consultancy (PIA Corp Team).

A couple of weeks ago, we sent you an email advising you to get your documents ready for the Ministerial Instruction 5 (MI-5) this coming July 2012. This could be your chance to file your application and realize your dream to live and work in Canada.

That is if you will plan ahead.

We are writing you again to reiterate the importance of making a plan. Anybody who wants to have a bright future has to make plans. We also wish to remind you that there is a limit on the number of applications to be accepted and if you will not act now.

There is of course no guarantee that your occupation will be included in the new priority occupations. But one thing is certain, if will not act now there is a great chance that you will miss your chance.

Again, this is what you should do if you want to get your application ready.

1. Fill up the online application forms using CIC Client Portal ( If you don’t have your online access or you forgot your password, please get in touch with your assigned Agent.

2. Submit required documents for checking.

3. Send your job description for review. You need to document your work experience within the last 10 years and your employment certificate must include a detailed job description. We need to review and enhance your job description before you have it signed by your employers.

4. Schedule your IELTS Examination. Take the General Training Module. It is highly recommended for you to undergo formal IELTS review before taking the exam.

5. Get your settlement funds ready.

6. Your target should be to get your application forms and documents ready for filing before the end of June 2012. Sooner, the better.

Tale of Two Dentists

Tale of Two Dentists

I've talked to two dentists today.

One of them have just received the visa while the other seeks a remedy to her refused visa application. They both attended information seminar/orientation we've conducted. One of them hired the services of Canadian Immigration Consultancy while the other decided to file on her own. They both filed an application under Federal Skilled Workers program.

When Dr. Alvaro attended the seminar few years ago, his occupation wasn't included in the priority occupations and thus, not eligible to apply. But when his occupation was included in the Ministerial Instruction 2 (MI-2), he decided right away to file his application through our help. I have just contacted him this morning to inform him that his visa was delivered to our office yesterday.

While Dr. Alvaro was in the head office attending our in-house pre-departure orientation, I was talking to another dentist who visited our Mall of Asia office. She showed me a refusal letter from Centralized Intake Office (CIO). Her application was refused due to insufficient documents to support her experience as a dentist. To save on cost, she decided to seek help from a friend instead of getting help from an experienced consulting firm. She wanted to file an application again, this time, with our help. Unfortunately, she now have a slim chance due to the information she have already submitted.

Ordinarily, an employment contract and employment certificate with job description is enough proof for your work experience. That what stated in the application checklist from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. But if you have your own dental clinic, who will certify your job description? How do you convince the visa officer that you actually perform the duties of a dentist?

Immigration is not a simple process. Small mistakes cause BIG problems.

When you need a haircut, you go to a barber. When you're sick, you go to a doctor. You want help for your Canadian Immigrant Visa Application? There's Canadian Immigration Consultancy.

Immigrate to Canada within 6-12 months! It's happening, we have the proof!

Last week, we received medical requests for 45 clients who filed under Ministerial Instruction 1 and 2. Most of these MI-1 applications that received medical request were filed at the Visa Office in Manila between July and August 2010 and a few cases filed September 2010. MI-1 applications are now moving indeed!

81 Visas and 45 Medical Requests
Together with 45 Medical Requests we received were visas for 81 clients! These are combined Federal Skilled Workers and Provincial Nominee Program applicants.

Now, do you know of any consulting firms here in the Philippines that can speak of the same record?

See, there are many NEW immigration consulting firms now a days that sprouted like mushrooms promising you paradise but don't have the track record to back up their claim. Avoid these consulting firms at all cost!

It isn't required to get a representative or consultant in applying for any Canadian Visa. But immigrant visa application is not a simple process. Small mistakes cause big problem. Why take the risk?

Now if you are considering hiring a representative, don't entrust your family's future to a start-up consulting firms who do not have experience and may not know what they are doing. Make sure that the firm you are dealing with is an authorized representative - member of ICCRC or a Canada Immigration Lawyer.

If you are sick, you go to a doctor. If you need a hair cut, you go to a barber. You want to be guided for you Canada Visa Application? You go to Canadian Immigration Consultancy, Philippines' No. 1 Immigration consulting firm for Canada!

A Christmas Treat from CIC : P5,000 deposit to start application!

Depending on how you will take this offer from us, you will be celebrating a white christmas next year. That is if you will make a decision NOW.

But first, I need to ask you this:
  • Are you still interested to live and work in Canada?

  • Do you really want to live and work in Canada to give your family a better quality of life?

  • Do you have the courage and determination to make it happen?

  • If you answer NO in any of those three questions, you may stop reading this message now. Otherwise, please read on and take this offer seriously.

With only few days left before the Christmas Eve, we are all busy thinking of what gift to buy our love ones. Chances are you may actually set aside your plans to start your immigrant visa application and prioritize expenses for the coming holidays. Nothing is wrong with that and that is understandable. I must say though that it is just a matter of setting your priority. And as as Consultant, I also need to make you understand the importance of a timely decision.

Immigration rules change. The longer you delay your decision, the more you are risking your eligibility. You also need to consider the immigration quota and the cap on the applications being received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. If you are seriously considering this opportunity, you should file your application ASAP! Opportunities knock only once and it's not going to wait for you.

"I want to apply now but I don't have the extra P25,000 to start the application."

    No problem.

If you sign up on or before the 30th of December 2010, we'll accept a minimum of P5,000 deposit!

The objective here is really simple. It's to avoid wasting time and to start preparing your documents, application forms, and other requirements with the end in view of sending your application to Centralized Intake Office (CIO) early next year.

With P5,000 deposit, you can already get the application kit containing the application forms, list of requirements and documention guidelines. The balance of P20,000 can be paid in two installments within 60 days or before sending your application to CIO, whichever comes first.

Let's set an appointment and start the process. We have offices in Coastal Mall (Paranaque City), SM Mall of Asia (Pasay City) and SM City North EDSA (Quezon City). Simply reply to this email or contact me at mob no 0928.5008826 to set an appointment.

If you are working abroad or is in the province and don't have time to visit office for the payment, you have to options:

    1. Deposit your payment to our Bank of the Philippines Savings Account and send us via email the scanned copy of the deposit slip. Here's the bank details:

    BPI Savings Account No. 0371.0069.66
Account Name: Phil-Amer Immigration Services, Inc.
    Branch: Baclaran

    2. Pay online through your credit card using our secured online payment system. We accept both MasterCard and Visa.

We have just made it easy for you to start working on your dream. It's for you now to decide.

    What will it be?

Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Cracking Down on Crooked Consultants Act

Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney introduced today in the House of Commons a legislation to crack down on crooked immigration consultants who exploit prospective immigrants. It's called Cracking Down on Crooked Consultants Act.

The Cracking Down on Crooked Consultants Act would strengthen the rules governing those who charge a fee for immigration advice, close immigration system loopholes currently exploited by crooked consultants, and improve the way in which immigration consultants are regulated.

“While most immigration consultants working in Canada are legitimate and ethical, it is clear that immigration fraud remains a widespread threat to the integrity of Canada’s immigration system,” said Minister Kenney. “The Cracking Down on Crooked Consultants Act will better protect prospective immigrants from crooked consultants and help safeguard our immigration system against fraud and abuse.” [Source]

If passed, the law will give the Minister the authority to designate a body to govern immigration consultants and establish measures to enhance the government’s oversight of this body. Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants is the body currently governing immigration consultants. Since the Minister himself recognizes the lack of public confidence in the regulation of immigration consultants, it is expected that a change in the governing body may be implemented.

In the Philippines, there are only few immigration consulting firms prior to the Ministerial Instructions introduced on November 2008. That is because immigration process takes about 5 years and thus, applying for immigration to Canada is not that popular. But after the changes, wherein the processing was only about 6-12 months, several immigration consulting firms suddenly sprouted like mushrooms. Most of which are crooked consultants described in the Cracking Down on Crooked Consultants Act.

Beware of these crooked immigration consulting firms. Deal only with legitimate consulting firms like Canadian Immigration Consultancy. We have been in the industry for 2 decades now and have already sent thousands of Filipino workers to Canada.
