Thanks for the info. When will you be required to show proof of settlement funds?
a) required with the application form?
b) at some point during the processing?
c) after your visa has been approved, but before it is issued (towards the end of the process)
proof of funds, including other documents (i.e. diploma, transcript, employment reference, IELTS, etc) must be submitted to visa office together with the application forms. that is after getting a positive assessment from CIO.

2. proof of relationship, proof of Canadian PR/Citizenship
