Canada ranks No. 1 in global Quality of Life list

Based on this U.S. News and World Report's 2019 Best Countries Report,  Canada ranks No. 1 in Global Quality of Life List!

The criteria for Quality Life is based on  the following factors: a good job market, affordable, economically stable, family friendly, income equality, politically stable, safe, well-developed public education system, well-developed public health system.

Beyond the essential ideas of broad access to food and housing, to quality education and health care, to employment that will sustain us, quality of life may also include intangibles such as job security, political stability, individual freedom and environmental quality.

What social scientists do agree on is that material wealth is not the most important factor in assessing a life lived well. The results of the Quality of Life sub-ranking survey reflect that sensibility.
Next to Canada in terms of Quality Life are Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

For Overall Best Country Ranking, Canada ranks No. 3 with Switzerland in the No. 1 Spot. Australia ranked 7 and New Zealand in the No. 12 spot.
