We are thrilled to introduce Rowena Andrade, RCIC-IRB, as the new Director of PIACORP Consultancy & Services, Inc. and Chief Immigration Consultant of the Gateway to Canada consortium! Rowena brings a wealth of expertise, knowledge, and passion for immigration law, education, and client service, making her a vital leader in our network.


A dynamic and accomplished Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Rowena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting, from the University of the East, Manila, Philippines, and a Master’s degree program in Business Administration from University Canada West. She further honed her expertise with a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen’s University. Her educational background and professional experience give her a strong foundation to provide expert guidance in immigration and education-related matters.

Rowena represents clients in Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), Permanent Residency (PR), and Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications. Her dedication ensures that clients receive personalized, effective, and timely support throughout their immigration journey.


As Chief Immigration Consultant of the consortium, Rowena oversees all immigration operations, ensuring that Gateway to Canada continues to provide comprehensive, tailored services for clients seeking visas, school admissions, landing support, financial guidance, insurance, and investment advice. Her leadership guarantees that every client receives not just services but a trusted partnership in navigating Canada’s complex immigration system.
